Tomorrow is Ex-Dividend date for MHP and they will pay a $0.23/share dividend on 6/10. The MHP Jun 25 Call was ITM with less than $0.23 time value (i.e. less than the dividend) and was therefore in danger of an early exercise to capture the dividend. So, I rolled it out to an Aug 25 Call for a net credit of $52 plus the $23 for the dividend for a total credit of $75.
